Dear fellow combatants,
after an felt eternity, today I received a refund from UMIDIGI for the bricked Crystal.
They sent me $ 72 without having to send the Crystal mobile phone to China!
What can I say? Finally the chapter is finished for me!

Following the motto, "Better than nothing!".

UPDATE

UPDATE: phone is delivered, so I'm waiting their solution with UMIDIGI

My seller is treating me like if I was stupid.
He has offer to me:
refund me 10€
offer me a Ulefone for 59€
repair the phone at a local store
restart the phone
offer me another chinese phone (twice).

So this is a little frustating!!!

and then the admin has closed the topic!!!
I wrote to admin to ask then for help....and here I am....

Unfortunately we have no access and power to make seller change his mind.
If you want you can quote explanation from crystal thread and forward to seller. Maybe this will change his decision.

Finally, I have also received my refund from Banggood. Now I received $ 72 from the UMIDIGI store and $ 92 from Banggood. Banggood paid me the money in early January, but unfortunately on the wrong account. For me, the chapter with my two broken Crystals is finally done. That really cost a lot of nerves. I have to point out that I did not send the mobile phones to China because of the transport regulations. The phones will be disposed of soon. It's sad that Banggood paid me more than UMIDIGI!

I have explained the problem like 6 times. I sent him the thread link. I asked him to talk with his Umidigi representer..... and I have nothing....he is offering me 10 dollars to "share my pain".
UMIDIGI says on his website about 1 year warranty that will be managed by authorized selller like mine (super egrow up shop).... they say thay dont have 1 year of warranty....they offer me 10dollars because my phone is used. (F**** I have used the phone 2 months beacuse UMI bricked it).
So please tell me what i have to do.... my seller is doing nothing.... umidigi is doing nothing.......is this the kind of service that umidigi offer to their costumers??????
I have sent some emails to the different emails I have see at umi website and nobody replies.

Your informations are forwarded to headquarter. But I can't promise that they will be able to push seller to provide proper solution. Every seller was informed about case and what they should do.
