I have the 2GB/16GB UMIDIGI Crystal and I'm wondering if I update it is there any issues,I've read the sub forums of people having issues with their 4GB models.

Those updates are very important, so please update your phone. You will get more notifications with updates because this is not latest firmware. Umidigi Crystal low doesn't have issues with OTA updates (also OTA updates for Crystal high are fixed too).

hey everybody.

I have received my Umidigi Crystal Phone. New from Gearbest shop.
Then via Google Play I have downloaded the App PyeongChang 2018 Official App.
When I tried to run the App, the Phone showed me this Information:
"This App is not available on Rooted Devices". -

How is this possible? IS Umidigi selling rooted Phones? Is this Legal? And why if Gearbest are selling rotted Phones that this information is not listed in the Item Specification?
i want a normal working phone and not rooted Phone. What can I do?
