Hi, I talked with sales staff, they said all the bricked crystal could be returned to sellers, like banggood, gearbest etc..  When  crystal 4/64 will be in stock, the seller will send out  new crystal to you.
Sales staff is mean, Umidigi sales not seller, but seller is informed that they will get new crystal for exchange with bricked one direct from Umidigi company.

may be my seller (super egrow up) is the only one who is not informed because now they dont reply my messages.
could u PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE  talk to sales staff to ask them to say to SUPER EGROW UP to refund me my money and finish this problem??? I dont want another UMIDIGI...do u think i can trust in that kind of company???
I would like to refund my money....and close this chapter FOREVER.

For refund, still phone needs to be returned to seller. But only seller can make decision about repair, replace or refund.
I would say that you were rude to seller during conversation. Probably that wy they are not interested dealing with you no more.
Unfortunately we can't do more.
Please forward this conversation to seller with Umidigi sales statement. (previous post)

this is not about dealing...this is about service. I´m not rude, im angry because this seller is cheating me for almost 2 months.
This is about a service that UMIDIGI offers to the costumer but then there is no any kind of real service. If the costumer has any problem with the phone.... do the costumer have to DEAL????? no, sorry. UMIDIGI offers a service,a warranty...so go ahead with it.
And this is not about if the seller is interested or not....the seller HAS TO give that service.
So change your warranty policy and say: 24 months warranty service IF THE SELLER WANTS!! because that is what UMIDIGI is offerering.

This is part of the 2months of conversation with your seller, so please read it and then tell me how would u be with that kind of service.......

Joined this community to get help with my crystal but I do not have permission to create a new thread?! So posting here:

Main camera keeps 'disappearing', only the 'selfie' camera works. If I do a factory reset the main camera works for a few hours or a day then again is not recognised. I can't keep resetting the phone as it takes hours to re setup all my apps and contacts.

Is this likely to be a software issue or hardware? I have reset about 4 times now....

Due to fault in OTA update small amount of Umidigi Crystal High (4GB/64GB) got "bricked". In this situation user need contact to seller about refund or replacement. Umidigi factory will provide directly to seller new device free of charge. If seller want can refund but this is only seller decision. Also shipping costs is covered as seller roles. Some seller only asking to pay shipping cost one way (returning "bricked" device) but some could ask to cover both ways.

If you need support related to software you can write under correct firmware version in ROM section
But you need choose is this Crystal low or high.
