Thank you very much Bencebacsi for this wonderful tool! After reading stories of owners bricking their phone when trying recovery installation or root, it was a pleasant experience to use your tool. All went soothly on my Windows 10 64bit. Before starting I disabled checking of unsigned drivers - probably not necessary but I thought it won't hurt. In about 5 minutes I had twrp and root. Great!


I have one question though: To boot to recovery mode without your tool and without PC, I know this phone does not support button combination, but is it safe to use Rashr or similar app to boot to recovery? Thanks again.

Correct me if I am wrong but when you have TWRP, it should be possible to boot into recovery with  power  + volume up.  I also read that apps like rashr will work just fine.  

I am curious, when the phone is rooted what are the top 1-5 things/tips you can do to improve the experience of this phone. This for the time while no roms are available

This tool contains signed drivers, so to disable checking unsigned drivers is not needed.
Yes, you can boot into recovery by powering on your phone with vol up + power button. You can use third party apps as well to boot into recovery. I just implemented this feature in my tool for easier usage, not as an only option.

Thanks m8! Great to know that all these options are available.
I got confused reading your unbrick kit post, but I see now that what you said there about button combination not working was for booting into fast mode not the recovery mode. My bad..

Well, I feel much better now about my new emax mini, mainly due to your suppoprt, bencebacsi. I nearly bought the TCL m3g, could get it cheaper, but because TCL had it discontinued and there was no support to speak of I bought the emax mini instead.

Just flashed TWRP within seconds with this great tool. Flashing supersu via TWRP was also easy. So my phone is rooted now. Thanks and indeed keep up the good work!

I have installed TWRP and rooted my phone with this tool, only one small problem the time and date don't work. So twrp thinks it is 13:00 and 1980. so any back up you make will have the same time and date code.
