umidigi G dont connect networks

hi,
i bought for my daugher and UMI G 4 months ago,
it works almos perfect in wifi watching youtube videos, social networks, but the only think doesnt do is connect to 3G o 4G.
its suppose to works in 4G in my country company Orange Dominicana (now is altice) and dont do that, even 3G eigther edge.
i cant take the phone and do a simply cellphone call.
it was since the first day.
what can i do to solve this problem?

I have same problem! But to me, phone was excellent till now. I bought it 11 month ago. Yesterday i try to use my cellular data and cant. Im trying everything. Even contact my provider, they sent me everything what i need but still didnt work.
