is it normal that the video of the camera is only in 3gp.
I do not see any option to put the videos  ...

That's just a file extension but the videos are still encoded to H264 MPEG-4 format. That's the advanced 3gp format. You can check it with a video player/editor app.

Sorry, on Kimovil i have seen Sony Xperia XA1 Ultra, Xa1 Plus, Meeigoo M1, Meizu E2, Samsung Galax ...

You could add UMIDIGI Z1, Z1 Pro and S to the same list. They all based on MT6756D, not on MT6757 as the UMIDIGI Plus E and S2. The Sony Xperia XA1 series can be exceptions but Sony uses a special partition structure and that's also a newer phone compared to the UMIDIGI Plus E. The Plus E was the first smartphone on earth with Helio P20 SoC and the S2 is based on the same SoC.

I'm running into an old problem again. My wife has an S2 like me. She used to have a different mobile operator. Now she switched to the same one as me. I can not get any mobile data working because the default APN is deactivated (Toggle in APN settings APN is deactivated and greyed out).

I experienced the same problem back when I first tried to get mobile data working on my S2 the problem came from wrong APN settings from an older update that were "locked" in the settings after an FOTA update. I had to flash the old version, return the APN settings to standard and then reinstall the newer update on the phone for it to work.

Could you please, please please test this stuff more. I have never experienced anything like this with any other phone.

As i can see you pick questions to answer in this forum...thats not polite you know for many people...so please i am asking you for the last time before i transfer the pressure to gearbest after sales....why my external mah meter shows from 5 percent  to 100 percent only 2281 mah when you say s2 has 5100mah?
And last but no least....Are you going or your "engineers" going to adrress the bluetooth problem and the lack of updates for this device?
Thank you for your time....
P.s Hope to answer this time.....

Hi,
I don't know why your external mAh meter measured that value, since you didn't tell me what device you used for measuring and how.
I earlier reported the bluetooth stability and reception range issue to the engineers. That's a question if they can make it better.
The S2 has already received 5 updates and it probably will receive more but in longer time periods.

You still didn't mention what tool and how did you use for testing. Anyway I am perfectly sure, your test result is not correct and is very far from the reality. I dare to bet on it any high amount. The Ulefone Power is not a fast charge capable phone, so your benchmarking device may measure false data when the charging goes at 12V, not just 5V.
