I bought a UMIDIGI S covered by insurance policy Allianz, since I bought it I could not use it because it always crashes and had problems all'USB type C. So I opened a claim with Allianz who asked me to send it at their authorized center in Poland to get some air, as the phone is back with the same problems. Once my dissent was expressed, I was told that the center had been repaired and that I was only entitled to a repair. So double rip off, the first from UMIDIGI for a phone that does not work with an incredibly unstable software and the second with which a strict commercial agreement for insurance.

I'm doing the most vivid congratulations for how you treat your customers, happy holidays.

Hi,

I bought a Umidigi S phone from Banggood and I'm very disappointed!
The camera is very blurry to the point that it's useless.
You can see photos and videos here:

I don't know if it's the normal quality or my device was faulty.
I also had unstable behavior and my phone was stuck on a bootloop withoutvhaving done anything. I made a factory reset to get out of the bootloop. I don't use the phone anymore.
