Umidigi z no update ???!?!?!?!

i asked umi on facebook if and when umi z gets an update. I was told now that the umidigi z will get no more. So please umidigi if you already have no more update for the phone then give us the source code for it. then we can build custom roms. my phone has a lot of bugs. without root, nothing works here. So please do not ignore this post.
