Question about wireless charging

I have the Umi Z.
I was wondering if I can use Zens Qi wireless charger on this phone.
Or any wireless charger for that matter.

Nope, the Umi Z doesn't have wireless charging.

You can buy wireless charging adapter and place between phone and cover, this will save your USB socket from dust and from damage. Unfortunately wireless charging cannot charge under fast charging.
