Yes Tomastec, the admin and moderators are active in the S2 S2 Pro forum and is not willing to participate or response to us. it is frustrating indeed. But I guess they are employee of UMIDIGI and do what their boss asked them to do. I sincerely hope as a person the ADMIN and MODERATORS of UMIDIGI does not ignore their moral obligation to response to us in this thread.

Returned phone to UK address by Royal Mail tracked and signed for. Receipt acknowledged and have been advised new phone will be sent soon.

PayPal also agreed to refund postage.

Looks like a result!!

I monitoring forum everyday but I can't be active 24/7. Of course I have nothing more to say because Umidigi company informed all official sellers to accept repair, replace or refund on bricked Crystals after OTA update. Unfortunately sellers have they own roles and they can do whatever they want.

I am sorrry MarciP, but this just shows how umidigi does not want to take ownership of a problem to assists your customers. UMIDIGI has mentioned that the fault lies with ADUP so claim to ADUPS, why do you still gives excuses??

Please give us your official document informing the resellers to accept return and full refund. I will forward it to the customer service of GEARBEST to accept my full refund request and return postage reimbursement.

You have to take responsibility UMIDIGI as this is your fault (from your appointed ADUPS vendor) that cause this problem, so you have to resolve it for your customers. Not just be quite and hide away.

If you want to maintain an international customer base, your attitude should reflect your professionalism of an international company not a fly by night CHINA based company that hides behind the GREAT WALL of CHINA when SH&$#% happens.
