I'm very dissapointed ! As result, I get the message: ERROR: STATUS_EXT_RAM_EXEPTION (0xC0050005)' and I can't go forward with the firmware-update manually. Would you send me another technical solution or Have I to send back my item to Banggood who proposes me to pay me 56 euro, what a shame, as french user, i have to pay for sending back the item. I send my back to Banggood. But at post office they said to me that it is possible that it will return because of battery, we will see.

What is Banggood resolution to you?

a) return and repair or
b) return and full refund

Well I got an address for return in UK and will send phone tomorrow when Post Office opens again by guaranteed tracked, signed for delivery by 1 pm next day. Hope PayPal will refund cost of return. Will go for the replacement option as I actually really liked the phone. Fingers crossed but sure something will go wrong.

I am dealing with Gearbest. If I return to UK address and give them tracking number they have offered full purchase price (as store credit) or replacement phone.
I have not opened a case with PayPal but will be requesting postage refund from them tomorrow.

Hi Tomastec, the resolution offered by GEARBEST to Magicred is either replacement or refund as store credit.

Refund as store credit means you will have the same amount of credit to purchase other things from website BUT NOT refund to you (via PAYPAL or to your credit card)

Hi Ben (Bencebacsi), it has been a while since the last time you indicate ADUPS as the origin of fault. Anyway you still yet to reply to me how to relate to GEARBEST in order to get a full refund and how to claim back the return postage charges. Is there any documentation that you can provide to pass to GEARBEST so they stop using standard templates responses on this particular case.

Appreciate your soonest response as my ticket is over 2 weeks at GEARBEST. Thank you.
