Don't you understand that it does not work. No matter what you show me!

I understand you but how could I or this company change those people's mind? Why are you arguing with me, rather than with those officials, who don't know the regulations of their own profession?
That is already proven, UMIDIGI is also a victom of this case, not the offender, and personally I alerted the appropriate personnel quickly, then my colleagues took action as fast as possible, so as a result only about 70 handsets were damaged, not thousands of them. But you (generally some users here) are still blaming us, not Adups, the OTA provider who caused this disaster and not the poorly trained carrier officials, who don't know their own regulations, while here we are still trying to help you as we can.

Hi Admin Ben,

I went to the post office after work to clarify it and crystaldigi is right.
They told me they will not transport it, if there is a smartphone with battery inside. At least not with Deutsche Post for 6,20 EUR.
You can post as many documents you want. What does it help us if the carrier does not transport our phones?
Please advise us a new solution on how to get the refund on our phones.

I would be extremely careful with describing the Deutsche Post officials as poorly trained. They released an official document on their homepage that clearly says smart phones with battery are dangerous goods and cannot be transported the normal way. Just for your information Deutsche Post ist the biggest logistic company world wide.

Hi umidigger,

Yes, I'm aware of the power of Deutsche Post but they indeed have a lot of employees with different levels of skills. The documents I shared are also mostly provided by DP or its subsidiary, DHL. those documents make it clear, smartphones with built-in Li-Ion battery (except those ones with very big battery) are not handled as dangerous goods. The solution is not to tell that, your parcel contains a battery, since in this case you don't have to tell that, your action would be absolutely legal.
Please check this document again and match the first and the 'PI967 - Section II' columns: http://www.dhl.com/content/dam/downloads/g0/express/shipping/lithium_batteries/lithium_ion_batteries_regulations.pdf
''Description of content - No Requirements''
''Labeling - No Requirements''
This means that, you don't have to do anything, just dispatch your parcel.

Looking at the UK Post Office guide for what can be posted TO Germany, lithium ion batteries even in equipment cannot be posted.  In other words, Germany's postal system has restrictions beyond the international restrictions.

He can or better, he does not want to understand it! We are talking about a few cell phones from Germany and they are causing these problems!

I'm ready to get the batteries out of the two phones and send the phones without batteries. Is that a possibility?
I want a solution and not instructions that are not feasible.

Where is the customer service?

I do not know the reasons for the restrictions. Maybe it's related to international terrorism? Or that the risk of transporting is greater than the financial benefit of this service? I don't know! It will have a reason, certainly!

I can promise you one thing, it has nothing to do with the skills of the employees. This is an insult!

You just have to slowly accept that it is not possible to send the cell phones from Germany with battery.

Also thank you for deleting some of my posts.

It is incredible and ridiculous, this person in charge of umidigi is discussing with clients, customers are feeding you, customers are treating us as liars, what umidigi has to do is to take responsibility for this error and return the money, or organize the phone pickup, it's a shame what you are doing to customers

I know this behavior. They drive their strategy until the customers give up unnerved and give rest. In a few weeks nobody will talk about it anymore.
Unfortunately you can not be a successful company with such a behavior. And these people talk about poorly trained staff. If it was not so serious, you could laugh it over.
