Dobrý den, kdy mě můj dealer vůbec nevolal! Napsali jste záruku a kde a jak je produkt pokryt. Podle mého názoru tento typ závady se zárukou nemá nic společného! I kdyby byl telefon starý tři roky a byl plně funkční a po aktualizaci výrobce by nebyl použit, může být výrobce odpovědný za omytí zakoupeného produktu. Neměl jsem problémy s mým telefonem a teď se mi to podaří. Měl jsem od vás tři předchozí hovory, ale váš přístup se mi nelíbí. Doufala jsem, že se zeptáte na kontakty, které jste vytvořili, a vy řešíte problém sami. Náhradní díly!S pozdravem, Flegel.

É valido reparar o meu dispositivo deu o problema, e entre em contato com o vendedor tanto com a UMIDIGI antes do prazo de 45 dias após o recebimento. Houve demora nas respostas por parte de ambos, não é um erro meu.

BenceBacsi (Ben), below is the response from Gearbest after I mentioned in the ticket reply that UMIDIGI has informed the official retailers to provide full refund on this situation. According to Gearbest customer service they have not receive any instruction. Appreciate your response on this.
