My reseller (allegedly authorized) also suggests me only to send the phone and repair it. Who will pay all my costs, time and nerves around the error caused by UmiDigi. I also do business in the company and when there is such a breakthrough and the company recognizes a mistake. Immediately resolves a refund so as not to lose customers. That's about UmiDigi. It links to the sales network rather than addressing it for itself. I read only the excuse. They expect that a large number of customers give up and put a piece of a piece of light into the box. Especially they wanted to know how many devices were destroyed by their updates. Everything is a scam.
