After the blame of the OTA update I think it is important to us to know what is the new in this ROM, because there are risks (and the previous ROM is not so bad).
So why is this ROM update important?

I put this update on my phone last week using the SP Flash Tool, and it is very stable (so far). I've had no problems with GPS (which I use most days to map bike rides) or with wifi or sound. I don't use the camera much, but what I've taken pictures of looks fine to me (I use "A Better Camera" app - not the stock camera app).
The only problem I've so far come across, is where the phone has not been used for a few hours, sometimes it cannot be woken up and just stays blank until it is fully rebooted (maybe the sleep mode switched off power altogether, I don't know). Having said that, I tried yesterday to wait for 30 seconds after tapping the power switch, to see if it would switch back on after a long sleep mode period. It did come back on without rebooting. So maybe there is a problem there that can be looked at and bug-fixed.
What I'd also like to know is, are we going to be getting Android 8 Orio ??!

This upgrade deleted the IMEI of the phone. It says IMEI not valid, when i check under android settings the IMEI data of Slot 1 and Slot 2 is "unknown".
Do you have any ideas how i can repair it? or is it definitely dead?
I installed back the previous firmwares, from october and september versions, but since then the IMEI is always unknown.

Yeah, I had that problem as well. Go to the following page and download the Serial Number writer then follow the instructions and restore Wi-Fi and IMEI numbers
