Кто встречался с такой бедой на телефоне этой модели, а проблема вот в чем.
Дочка смотрела видео в ютюбе и телефон выключился. по пытались включить но он не включается, только пытается включиться и сразу выключается (это проявляется тем что появляется картинка заставки "UMIDIGI"на пол секунды и сразу выключается и так зацикливается пока сам в какой то момент выключается вообще )/
Если подключить кабель не включая телефон то происходит сразу тоже самое но уже с картинкой заряда батареи.
Но если зажмешь кулису звука вверх и удерживаешь 10 секунд, он переходит меню режимов (рекавери, Фастбоот, нормал) и отображает в этом положении нормально без перезапусков.
Если нажмешь ОК или Power, то сразу возвращается в режим зацикливания с картинкой заставки.
Да, при этом зарядка не идет (телефон не заряжается вообще).
Доп. информация Телефон UMIDIGI Crystal  (4г/64г MediaTek MT6750T )  приобрели в декабре 2017 года.

Прошу откликнуться, кто встречался с такой бедой и может помочь или посоветовать, что сделать с этой предполагаемой "стеклянной плиткой"

Hola DikkCH, yo soy un usuario del este movil, por desgracia, viendo que los moderadores no se dignan a aparecer para ayudarte, yo creo que tendras que restaurar el siatema o rom stock con los tutoriales que tienes al principio del post, via SP Flash Tool, yo voy a hacerlo ahora por que he perdido la huella y bateria va mal, reinicios inesplicables, root imposible de desistalar com problemas apps de bancos.....etc
Que pena, otro usuario descontento con vuestro trabajo de actualizaciones para este dsipositivo
