We already informed engineers and they trying fix this.Also we disassembled bricked Crystal and disconnected and reconnected battery before flashing but unfortunately still no success.
We trying figured out what happened and is this software or hardware fault now.

Also please wait with disassembling your device as currently is no point voiding warranty.

this is incredible, the seller of aliexpress tells me to send the phone to china, believe that I will spend 40 or 50 € for the shipment? for a phone that already worked badly before leaving the store, without GPS? for a € 120 phone? I will spend more money to send it to China? this way I'm going to keep a paperweight of 120 euros, it's a shame that they treat customers like that

No to ładnie, dobrze że mam telefon zakupiony na Aliexpres z ubezpieczeniem w Allianz. Będzie trzeba skorzystać.

So realistically UMIDIGI are not interested in the issues for anybody outside China as the cost of returning the pone makes it pointless.

I am with the same problem, my umidigi crystal asked to upgrade and now does not want to connect anymore, nor the LED lights up when in charge, I contacted the seller of banggood and he would refund me only 56USD !!! This is a steal, I want my 139.99 USD back.

Hello, I do not want to be paranoid but what will happen with our data, photos, emails, accounts, etc, when we will return the phone. Given the way UMI manages the crisis, I have doubts. Serious doubts.
