This is sad that you thinking that anybody from engineers will be interested about your data etc.
As you know phone is not working so currently we trying find solution. Unfortunately can be only two.
If this will be possible we or user can flash whole chip cause lose whole data and other is motherboard replacement. Believe me or not but nobody will be able access to your data and nobody will be interested doing this.
I don't want block this thread so I will be deleting spam from here.
Please write only about crystal high  device.

Thanks for your update. I hope it`s not gonna be motherboard replacement. It will be very expensive to ship back the phone to China. I hope you can make a flash tool with the latest firmware. As far as I understood there is no success using the SP_Flash_Tool, right? Why is that so?

I have the same problem with crystal 4/64 bought in September, two days ago I made the update ota official umidigi, the phone has turned off and does not come on again, not signs of life,
it is inconceppibile that UMIDIGI does not test the updates before to release them to the public.
Tell me what I have to do, I contacted the seller but he still has not replied,
I would like another phone,
all my work is inside the phone,
you can not imagine how much damage you have done to me.
I hope the situation is solved soon,

I fully understand your frustration but as we stated there was server hacked caused such problem.
This is out our control. We found that during this unwanted access something happened with preloader partition caused to brick devices.
From the other hand, you will not find company which is protecting user data from hardware or software issue. Every company has policy to wipe all data and restore devices to factory settings before sending for repair.
