Dear manufacturer , do you plan in the future to update the platform Helio X27 to Android 8 Oreo ?

There is no such plan to do this. Of course always something could change.

I've seen over 10 people in this forum who have had battery problems like my umi z and no one of us get from umi an answer to our questions,i mean what some people hopes for : )

You can forget about the hopes that they will not do anything even for new smartphones.

We informed users that the factory couldn't send batteries and we recommended users to contact to seller for partial refund and then buy new battery from aliexpress seller. Of course you could speak to seller about device repair, replacement or refund.
