Incoming calls not displaying

hi
i got 2 crystal 2g ram phones to my parents
and only one of them is not displaying Incoming calls
how do i fix that

You can check
1)settings->apps->phone->phone app->special access-> Draw over other apps->at the menu press show system->phone servises->enable if not
2)settings->apps->phone->Notifications->disable if something is enable
3)settings->apps->phone->phone app->now you are in configure apps, tap phone app and choose phone if nothing set as default

I hope this 3 options may help if not try a factory reset may solve the problem

i also tried factory reset and it only fixed the call display when screen is off
but after i finish a call it dont wake screen up automatically and i need to press the power button to wake screen up and than end the call

i guess its a sensor problem
because on the other phone i dont got that problem
