Hi,

The MEID is used in CDMA phones only (only some American carriers use that technology), so it's not present in UMIDIGI phones since they use GSM technology. That number was null even before.
Maybe your area is not covered by 3G network but phone calls still should work on 2G networks. Can you tell me which carrier in which country you use?

\n\ni'm in italy , my carrier is H3G (3 Italia) i tried the sim in other phones and it works fine, the 3G strength is excellent and i tried other sim cards in my phone they have the same problem as mine no phone calls only 4G connection. before the issue began during a phone calll i could see the 4G change into 3G, now it just stay in 4G with the signal strength going from full to 0.Also when i change the connection manualy to 3G or 2G i get no signal at all.

And all this happened only after you formatted and reflashed your phone?

it happened sometimes before that. i received confirmations from friends they tried to call me a couple of days before flashing and my number wasn't reachable even though everything appeared normal from my end. so i thought maybe it was the update that screwed the connection as i had also issues with apps crashing and the phone rebooting itself i decided to flash it back to V1.0_20171027 in order to do that i had to format all+ download the flash. the day after when i came back from work my wife told me that she tried to reach me all the day with no response. from my endt i had working data connection with full strength signal but i didn't make calls that is why i didn't notice the connection problem.

Then this issue is most probably not related to this specific update. Did you try to test your phone connected to the network of a different service provider?

\n\nYes i tried it with 3 other simcards of the major service provider here in italy, same result. I contacted the seller and we are close to make a deal.
