Looking on internet people are saying to downgrade System WebView. But even after doing this it still crashes.
gmail, playstore, gmaps, firefox, truecaller, gdrive and overs it is totally RANDOM.
Sometime some app may freez and after this phone is restarting. Just today I had like 3 restarts out of opening different apps.
The phone is almost impossible to use with such bugs.
Background task cleaner enabled/disabled same results.
Are you addressing this problem ? Any updates on it ? I can give you the logCat if need.

Hi,
Your issue is not related to the system software if it's intact anyway. Please flash your phone with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode to get a clean installation of the system software.
I don't know what you expect from me. The light metering, compression algorithm etc. can be improved but the shutter speed must be lowered in low light conditions.
You can use Open Camera, that can not handle the shutter speed, so you can record dark but smooth videos with it in low-light conditions.
1. Open camera does not support ISO regulation during video capturing. That is why I always have dark image in the low light.
2. 4k video recording is limited to 14 fps in the low light even in Open Camera. Also 14 fps is a maximum frame rate for every resolution below 4k (1080p, 720p) in the default camera app. Frame speed is not the same as shutter speed.
3. Umidigi S2 does not work with professional video app like FiLMiC Pro.
You really don't buy a chinese phone for it's amazing Camera performance. Almost all chinese phones have bad camera performance. They are cheap for a reason right?
