Hello, this afternoon 11/12/2017, I got a message telling me that a new update was available. I downloaded it and installed but now my phone does not turn on anymore. I do not understand. the phone is not rooted. What can I do? Thanks.
Same for me. I installed the OTA Update, too. Now my phone is a brick. I am seriously raising the question to Umidigi. Do you even test your software once before you release it? Do we all have bricked Crystals now or did anyone have success with this glorious update? Umidigi, I am waiting for an official statement to this mess.

I think camera focus is a bit better but quality of photos are much worse...
Preview before shot a photo looks pretty good but when i take a photo some strange kind of "green fog" appears and quality is falling.

It is stuck in a boot loop as windows keeps beeping to say connected/disconnected.The phone is not rooted.
after making a proposed update, the phone is switched off and does not come on again, not from signs of life, considering that it is still under warranty I would like to replace it.
what should I do?
Dobrý den, včera jsem také aktualizoval telefon a mám stejný problém. Telefon byl aktualizován a nyní je neaktivní. Nelze se zapnout. Společnost UMIDIGI by měla okamžitě poskytnout informace o tom, co dělat s telefonem! V tomhle cogwilliamu jsem z nich nevyužívá. Prosím, dejte mi vědět, každý, kdo ví, co dělat. Dík.
