hello, after 2 months running on this version, the phone is suddenly stuck on the System UI error, so that i can't do anything, it remains with the black screen. I have rebooted it many times, tried switching it on and off, but nothing changed, i can't overstep the UI error. I donìt want to lose all the data, do you have any suggestion? i am desperate with this phone

Hi,
You can try to flash your phone with sp flash tool without the userdata partition but if that doesn't help, finally you'll have to flash in firmware upgrade mode, erasing your user data.
