I have this problem when my device is at low battery the screen goes off and it is very hard to turn the brightness to high have to boot my phone multiple times and somehow increase the brightness. Really bad OS from UMIDIGI

thank you very much for your answers, but I cannot unlock the bootloader, when I try to unlock the bootloader in fastboot I get the following error message: FAILED (remote:
Unlock operation is not allowed
)
So, it is not possible for me to unlock the bootloader in fastboot mode. are there any solutions for that?

I write fastboot flashing unlock. This is the complete code:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flashing unlock
...
(bootloader) Start unlock flow

FAILED (remote:
Unlock operation is not allowed
)

If I write fastboot flash unlock, I get an error, that I did not select a partition.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Minimal ADB and Fastboot>fastboot flash unlock
unknown partition 'unlock'
error: cannot determine image filename for 'unlock'

Try fastboot OEM unlock or fastboot getvar unlocked

I also tried

I am also not able to flash the system.img file, it says not allowed in this state
erasing 'system'...

please help, my umidigi crystal always restart after few minutes, alway show notification app error. anyone help please. i reset factory, wipe system via recovery, not solved. please help.

Try clean flash via sp flash  tools
