There were discoloration on my phone. The screen is not damaged mechanically. The official UMIDIGI UMIDIGI Store does not want to refer to my application, claiming that the warranty is only 12 months. The time that has elapsed since sending a phone from China to Poland to report a defect in the UMIDIGI store has not exceeded 12 months.
On UMIDIGI's official website, it is confirmed that UMIDIGI offers a 24-month warranty on their phones, so I decided to buy the phone in the official store. UMIDIGI is cheating on its customers and is not keeping the contract. Is it possible to contact UMIDIGI?

Give up. As the phone no longer is supported with software updates, it's dead. Just be happy you got almost a full year out of it. Seems like it's not made to last much longer.

All warranty issues are handled by the seller. UMIDIGI has nothing to do with warranties. AFAIK, UMi has no official store - They do have a bunch of licensed stores, but that's something else.

Great defeat UMIDIGI.
I followed the advice of bencebasci and asked the problem of applying for a guarantee on my UMISUPER via a message on facebook to UMINIGI. Zero response.UMIDIGI does not care about its customers.

I was drawn to the F1 Play because, well, it's exotic and red and you get a lot for ~$220. It seems like, with an official Amazon seller presence and an English direct-sales site priced in USD, they're making some effort to actually cater to the US market. At least more than most brands you'd normally buy via eBay or Aliexpress.

My big fear on buying a Chinese phone is the service/warranty aspect. It's just expensive and inconvenient enough to swap a phone that I don't want to leave it to chance. I get the impression many grey-market phones have no warranty, or at best you have to fight with the dealer. If they're selling direct to Americans, that seems like they'd be prone to support it to some extent, if only to not be clobbered by one-star Amazon reviews.

Has anyone had to deal with a return/service request on a Umidigi phone bought through their Amazon outlet? How terrible was it?https://discord.software/ FetLife vshare
