@ bencebacsi
You have written "comparing UMIDIGI to Apple is a pure nonsense in every aspect".
Do ...

198# - Pure demagogy, so please don't expect me to answer. Don't you want to be ten times richer than now? Probably yes, you do. Can you be ten times richer than now? Of course you can't.
199# - The new models of such less famous brands like UMIDIGI have much shorter sales periods, so such a policy would kill this company since there would be months without tactile sales.
200# - I was talking about profit, not revenue. Here's a source: http://macdailynews.com/2018/02/28/apple-iphone-dominates-smartphone-industry-with-87-profit-share-in-q417/
201# - Do you really expect from an advertisement to be politically correct? Only the price and design was compared. What was wrong with it? Personally I don't agree with such comperative ads but they are definitely legit to be used.

@bencebacsi you are supposed to be an interface between we umidigi customers and their engineers  we ...

I report all bugs and issues that I can confirm or a mass of users complain about to the engineers. Now you mostly talked about hardware limitations, that cannot be improved by software update. I regret to tell you but the software development of the Z Pro has been finished. By its new GMS certification policy, Google made it really long, difficult and expensive to release Oreo upgrades, so such models already not in production will surely not receive Oreo upgrades. It would have about the same cost as developing a new software from scratch for a brand new phone.

That has nothing to do with demagogy.
These are very simple questions that I ask myself as a customer.
The goal should be to achieve a win-win situation.
(UMIGIGI earns money and customers are satisfied with their devices)
Where is the win-win situation when UMIDIGI only thinks of selling
and devices are not supported after a few months?

Ok, I'm trying to explain the situation once more but for the last time.
1. Any kind of developments needs at least human resources (not only but that's the most important) to be applied.
2. More development needs more human resources, and that kind of human resources (software engineer) are very expensive to pay.
3. You can invest more in human resources only if you can increase your profit.
4. Thanks to the competitors (other brands on the same market and in the same price range), who already invest even less than you in development, that's not possible to increase your profit.
5. As a result, that's not possible to run further developments after a period of time, it's not just the question of decision.

Conclusion: You can accept this situation or next time can decide to choose another brand with high profit (Apple, Samsung, LG etc.) and pay 2-3 times more for a same performance device, or 4-5 times more for an even higher performance device with longer and more efficient support.

P.s.: If you think that, a better and longer support can make significantly more buyers and let us offer higher retail prices, so overall can make a higher profit, I must say that you are wrong, that's not the case.
