Ok, what bugs can you mention, that affects all handsets running this software version, not only y ...

What bugs?
- The screen is gray with noise (lines and dots) and then restart.
- Bluetooth turns off by itself.
- high power consumption, battery drains quickly.
- the signal is down when a call is initiated.

We will develop an update as it should be, and not launch a fake update.

jump from 4g to 3g continuous, getting to be without process (simprocessor) at times (even being in an open place, still and with good very good coverage). The wifi also disconnects itself. The battery is consumed alone, drops by 30/40% while I sleep.

''- The screen is gray with noise (lines and dots) and then restart.''You can guess that, your phone is defective, it can't be a software issue.

''- Bluetooth turns off by itself.''
Absolutely not present generally.

- high power consumption, battery drains quickly.
What does ''high'' means at you? Dod you mneasure your screen on time?

- the signal is down when a call is initiated.

While in call your phone may switch to 2G or 3G connection from 4G if you don't use a VoLTE service. So the signal stength can change as well. Nowadays on most networks 4G services are stronger.

Especially because of the screen issue, your phone seems to be defective. You should contact your seller for a replacement, don't wait for an update. Software updates can't repair hardware defections.

Ben, I also have the problem that it jumps from 4G to 3G or even Edge...
I think everyone has it, so don't tell me that everyone's phone is defective, it's just very bad antennas.

He mentioned two other issues. Only jumping between 3G and 4G can be normal in certain situations or yes, it can be an antenna contact or any other hardware related defection between the modem chip and the antenna. Yet annother issue that cannot be fixed by a software update.
