Z Pro - Android 7.1.1

Everything works fine after the update, apart from the phone crashing 3-8 times per day, rarely with a reboot, sometimes just becomes dysfunctional with a black screen and irritating brief noise from the speaker and mostly just stops working during a call with a black screen.
I had to downgrade to 6.0 and I hate it.

The voice on calls is not clear but distorted
The cellular network I'm using is supported band frequencies
Is there any setting i can work on to improve voice??

Hello, can you please help me? I bought my Umidigi Z Pro and received it last week. But no update available.
I have rom V4.01 20170417 and I read it's not official firmware. I need to install correct firmware to update to Android 7, but I also read about problem to lose imei number and I am afraid.
How can I correctly flash original firmware and remove V4.01 20170417?
I can't find solution anywhere. Can you guys please teach me?
