Sorry, I have to put this question in this topic... but ... plz understand that this is urgent.

My touch screen is broken, and i cant enter the pin though the finger print works... i have sp flash in my lappy, i just need to back up my data from the phone. How can i do it .. any suggestions plz....
[ADB does not recognize the device...]

Hi,

Connect a USB mouse through an OTG adapter to your phone, and that can substitute the touch screen. You can do eeverything on your phone with a connected mouse. If not even the LCD works and you have no USB debugging enabled, you have no real chance to backup your data.

How to put device into deep sleep to save battery??
I think the my device isn't going to deep sleep or something.
