For the flashing process, do i have to pick in SPTool "only download" or "firmware upgrade"?
Should i remove the root-access before flashing?
I dont want to lose all my userdata, so iam very carefull.

you have to pick "only download" because "firmware upgrade" include user data. It is not necessary to unroot before flashing. the new system is automatically unroot after flashing.
But one questions: Now, after the Update, my Crystal reboots very often. At no specifical time, while browsing or working or so it turn off and on again.
What can i do to fix that? Pleaso no factory reset...
Btw. my phone is rooted.
Umidigi has released yesterdey a new Rom "2017 C312_DJ_201710231816" for testing on 4PDA forum. They fix the dialer, optimise system and fix small bugs.
