NO you do not have to rewrite imei do a download only using the flash tool make a back up though as it erases the data. Also the navigation menu does not shows up but home recent apps and back still work swiping from the bottom.

No problem with the file. Please try to use another storage (or even another computer) to save the downloaded file.

The biggest issues for me are low earpiece volume, UI lags, and low camera quality.
So if nothing has changed regarding these issues, it's a no go for me.
