It still seems to be a ohysical contact error between the SIM pins and the socket, but I can't tell that remotely. You should make checked your phone by a repairman.

You can use the SN Writer Tool to recover your IMEI numbers.

Hi I have a big problem, I accidentally deleted the original firmware from a 2GB 16GB umidigi crystal  2017 and since then I can no longer put the original firmware as I do not know who it was and the battery no longer holds (99% if stop) I have the one that came on the original packaging but I can not leave put in place, please nice if you can help me, thank you very nice.
