does this phone support VOLTE technology? Video calling over LTE?
I do not know how to set it if it works.

VOLTE is voice over LTE, video is just regular data transfer (akin to voip) that doesn't matter what kind of connection you have.

The MT6750T supports volte, though in all my testing I've never seen it active. I own another MT6750T device and it does indeed get VOLTE here sometimes. I don't think Umidigi have enabled it.

Of course, why wouldn't you be able to?

To the carrier, they can't tell it's the same phone. A dual sim phone appears as 2 phones to them.
