It is a very whell know issue with Crystal. Just instal another dialer from Google Play like: True Caller or Google phone. Info is already here, just read!

Google phone not compatible with a crystal phone.In my phone I have not noticed this problem that the phone stops working when calling the number.

Hi Bencebacsi, I bought Umidigi Crystal 4gb and 64gb but GPS works badly and low battery life. Then he also has some lags from time to time.

I would like to know why is the device flickering between 3g and 4g and not very stable. i am on 3 UK and network signal is very good here. People are complaining theyc ant reach me. Secondly , the sound from the ear piece when ona call is very low. How can I increase it. It is very hard to hear when you are outside. UMIDIGI should urgently do something thing about call volume. Maybe some thing in MTK engineering for boasting the speaker volume.

after the Update to V1.1_20170929 (flash over SPTool and full wipe/factory reset) my Crystal reboot felt every 10 minutes. How can i fix that Problem?

Same here, but I used the sp flash toll and download the rom 20170929 and manage to get it updated;

1. download sp flah tool and the rom.
2. install driver for ur crystal
3. install sp flsh tool (same time extract the rom package some where)
4. run flash tool.exe
5. go to tab "download" and
