When I let my umidigi crystal charge for the first time it just stopped at ~96%. Now, after each charge cycle it stops charging at a lower percentage. Today it stopped at about 84%. Where should I complain for a refund/replacement?

Done. Hope most users would not like 128GB or 6GB Ram - in my opinion, the Crystal should be a midrange product under $200.

First please try to use a different charger adapter. I've never seen such a weird issue reported about any smartphone.

umi digi crystal promised camera quality is not available ..13mp & 5 mp is not aVAILABLE it shows olnly 9MP

Choose 4:3 aspect ratio (not full screen) to be able to set the 13MP value. The full screen setting uses a cropped image since the camera sensor has 4:3 aspect ratio.

1. Big problem with GPS, cannot get fix at all. Means no gps (glonass) detected. Seems many people got the same problem. Please fix it.
2. Wifi signal is very weak.
3. Bluetooth lose connection within 3m.
