\n\numidigi crystal this phone absolutely bullshit, I'm interested when there will be a software update on this bug phone, camera absolutely...,  battery absolutely.... , antenna absolutely..... . My umi rome x for 60$ makes a better photo..
I want a reply from the administrator, these problems will be fixed.?!?!?!?!

Of course engineerings working on next update to fix system errors.
Did you update your phone to latest available firmware??? Also please perform factory reset after OTA updates.

I can't do it, because language of loader (when i press volume down and on/of button at start) is Chinese.
Can you send a step-by-step description, how can i do factory reset (and clear cache): which line does it mean?
(If i do reset from "setup->reset", it doesn't help me.)

When I let my umidigi crystal charge for the first time it just stopped at ~96%. Now, after each charge cycle it stops charging at a lower percentage. Today it stopped at about 84%. Where should I complain for a refund/replacement?

You don't need to factory reset (basically wiping cache and /data) after OTA, that is not how Android works. It's misguided to tell people to do that and just causes lots of hassle for people to set everything back up again after.

And yes MarcinP, I'm on the latest firmware via OTA. Hopefully fixes for the laggy scrolling come. My circle of friends are all interested in Crystals after seeing mine, they are put off by this one issue though.

That's a few hundred dollars of lost revenue just right there.

I'm a 4GB version and I have a terrible 'lag' when I get in google play.?!?! opinions??

I bought two umi Crystal 4/64. Both of them are always in roaming mode even if I am at home. I have to turn on mobile data for roaming everytime.
GPS issue and low volume during phone calls also occur. It is also impossiple to change the notification sound for SMS/MMS. Everytime I try the App crashes. The fast battery drain also sucks. Hopefully the next update will fix the bucks and coming soon.
