There is no gyroscope, it's software based using data from the compass and accelerometer.

all right, I understand. But anyway, I can not watch 360 videos. It jerks and is not satisfying.
does anyone have a solution?

If you understand that there is no gyroscope, you should understand that there is no solution to watch 360 videos as they require a gyroscope.
Normally you could watch them without one and just scroll manually, but because the Crystal (falsely) reports to Android that it has a (fake) gyroscope, it uses the fake gryscope which results in that terrible movement.

Gps working better if you switch on Bluetooth you compas will be on high you go to battery and pres 3 dot on right corner and go to battery optimization and select all app  find maps there and ygps and mark dont. Optimize. Yiu gps now will be working better You can increase call volume in mtk engineering mode but sound is going up just little.

@giziu1908 this have no effect. The crystal see the satellites but this have no effect. I think this is a software issue.

The GPS satellite position info comes from the AGPS file, so that will show in GPS test apps.  However, the Crystal is unable to detect a GPS signal from the satellites despite knowing their position from the downloaded file.  This would indicate a hardware problem - either the GPS antenna is very poor, or, more likely, it is disconnected due to an assembly error in manufacturing.  This of course cannot now be corrected in software.  

Will Umidigi undertake a worldwide recall and replacement operation due to this major fault, like one of the major companies would under such circumstances?  I rather doubt it...  I think we have to consider this to be another Umidigi "first" - the first phone to be released for years which has no GPS function.

Personally, for me it's annoying rather than disasterous, as the Crystal makes a good value small tablet for use at home with no SIM card fitted, but for people wanting to use it away from home as a normal GPS-equipped phone, it must be a deal-breaker.

good evening, I purchased the Crystal quadcore, I'm trying the phone a few days ago, today I got a firmware update, unfortunately my Crystal remains an important issue, when I answer a call, the display stays on, even though I get your phone to my face.
When I'm touching my face on the phone display, unwanted features that are enabled with the screen off there would be. (type, close call, active-mute, turn on recording), please give me some advice, or tell me how to fix it, and how to set the display off when answering calls.

Hopefully they can improve the battery life a little bit more, and also the stability
