fingerprint not working after system update!?!?!

I bought a umidigi C2 a few weeks ago.
After a system update(V02.032) today my finger print sensor doesn't seem to be working anymore...? I cannot open phone with fingerprint, I cannot add other fingerprint and logging in my banking app does not work either....

Can someone please help with this issue? (I think it's a bug in the newly installed update...)

By the way: phone is not locked or bricked.... Unlocking with pattern works

How you updated phone?
Please perform factory reset firstly.

19.09.17 пришло обновиление, после обновы перестал работать отпечаток пальца, пришлось сбросить все настройки до заводских. Все работает!!! Ура!!!

same here, fingerprint sensor not working at all and also impossible to modify/remove the previous saved fingerprints. PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!

Hello,
The fingerprint reader not working and the same button is lagging with normal use. Please fix this or give a downgrade option.

update came automaticly....
But how to perform a factory reset and do I need to make a backup to do so?

yes, I believe the new update solved the bug from previous system update....

Hi.
After system update today. V2.0.034
When I try to enter the battery section the settings app crashes. I have tried to reboot the phone but it is still the same.
