1. Weather widget app is not present in the system but you can find plenty of them in google play store.
2. Where do you store your contacts (SIM, phone memory or google account)? Have you saved your phone numbers with the country prefix number?
3-5. Please calibrate the proximity sensor in Settings --> Display, then try again.
I'm sorry but I have no information about the date of the next update.

Something else i do root my  z1 pro  with kingo root

If your phone is factory installed with UMI OS, you can root it due to the Efuse protection, that denies to overwrite the raw data system partitions. Rooting cannot work without a modified boot image.

for contact i try  all way..save in sim or phone or google account and try with the country prefix number or with zero number but still dont show name just  number

Please try to store all of your numbers in your google account, and set only your google account to be shown in the contact list. Disable the SIM card there by all means.

when or where  your phone get the crash ?i have this phone near 2 months and never crash  or hang
for  camera i think video record is poor but image  is good but no in night
i heard get android 8 but i dont konw when

I have it for 1 month, it hangs on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and in relation to the camera at night it takes a lot to focus on the object, and when I use the Instagram camera she does not even focus, it's based. Can you replace the z1 rom with another instead of global? or do root?

Please flash the latest ROM with SP Flash Tool in firmware upgrade mode, then test your phone again. Without that we can't know if it's about a software or hardware related issue in your case.
Please take and share such a night photo to let us see how it looks like.
You can root the Z1 Pro with Magisk. TWRP is not available.
