That source code was leaked from Ulefone (by a crimninal activity), not officially published.

Didn't you read that warning? The Efuse is a partition protection system but since your phone is not originally released with UMI OS, that protection system is missing on your phone.
To get rid of the Not Efused message, you have to root your phone and delete the QK_LogSystemAbroad_wm_bl folder in /system/app.

Hi,

Yes, you can but only with SP flash Tool and a 'Not efused' error message will appear in the top right corner.
