Hi,
Test your charger with another phone and if it doesn't work correctly, try to use another charger and leave your phone connected to it for 12 hours. If your phone still dosn't start to charge, the battery must be removed and got charged with an external charger.

You can't replace the CPU but probably not that is the reason of your issue. Most probably only the battery is completely discharged, so your phone can't charge it anymore. The battery should be charged (just for a few minutes) with an external charger directly through its output pins.

its not from software.it is from hardware
i am so bad luck
here cant repair my phone
