Sure but the thing is that if i do that the warranty will be cancell and in these mometn my phone is on the hands of gearbest... And they are saying they arent able to do that. Whit all my repect what kind of support tecnics cant repair such an easy problem just changing a batery.
What solution can you give me thanks. I fell like if i were robbed

I tried that and the phone didnt charge at all.
The thing is that if i get the batery out i lose my warranty and at the moment my phone was send to repair at gearbest. And they are saying to me that is imposible to reapair.. What a tecnical service... The thing is i loose 230 euros and my brandnew phone cause it was only 2-3 months old. Cause the arent giving me the old one or a new one... And the warranty is 1 year. What soluction can you give me

hi my umidigi Z1 PRO no connect to pc isnt pc because in usb icon it bñinking and cant pulse it or do anythyng, when i can select a option feels like how as out of menu or your selection isent make it and usb port restart or blink again

Hi,
On Z1 Pro phones shipped with UMI OS you can flash only UMI OS ROMs. Please go to the UMIDIGI Z1 Pro (UMI OS) section.

I can (could) offer you only a technical solution, what is remotely possible without examining your real device. Your seller is responsible for resolving any warranty related issues, so I recommend you to try to work out this case with Gearbest.

Hello, I would like to know which one you think is the best firmware, I have the last one and the truth is that the connectivity goes like the ass, it is the second Z1 Pro and the problem is the same, problems with the bluetooth and the handsfree at use the 2 SIMs, problems with the Wear watch, loses connectivity, there is no response and so on, when it is connected to the Wi-Fi and mobile networks and other problems lose connection, right now I'm testing an S2 with the same accessories and I do not have a single error.
The version I use is V1.1_20170907.

It's very important to share internet with my other devices. In this rom version it's not working.I allready tested my sim card in other phone and it worked.

It should work properly even with this software version. Can you connect to mobile data with your phone? Do you have proper APN settings?
