I'm sorry but there are no settings that you can change or any advice that you can give you remotely without having your phone in hand. If you experience the same issue with different SIMs of different service providers, I recommend you to return your phone to the seller for a replacement or to make it repaired.

The seller will then test the phone, and probably not find the error. This is because this works different in different countries, as you have read in this forum.
As suggested earlier in this forum, maybe make a mix of the software update from september 2017 and the software update from august 2017, where you use the radio/wifi/bluetooth part of the software update from august 2017 and the rest of the software from the september 2017 update..
This will probably solve many peoples problems with the phone.
