To many people got same problem and you cant fix that .they need release update via sp flash tools

But it is quite weird. If it happens before changing anything in the phone (as it works normally if you reboot), it looks like a checksum error so it should be fixable without the need to factory reset the phone as you have to do via sprint flash tools.

Hi, first time I tried updating phone gets an error. I´ve flashed stock rom (20170903) with SP Flash Tool and installed OTA update without any problem.

Now I can say at moment the phone doesn´t reboot and works well, only GPS with the same problem as talked in other posts, signal loss and recover constantly.

I had exactly the same problem, nothing worked for me - except "Maui META 3G". If you google it, you'll find the download link and also a description on how to use it (it's quite simple).

Hello,
there are experiences with root and unroot the device? I have tried to unroot (complete unroot in superSU) to install the new OTA 20170929. Unroot completed, but system update stops with error "device is rooted and cannot be updated". It is definitly not rooted anymore. And additionally i can not root anymore in developer options, this stops after shutdown and 20% system update with error. Where is my mistake?
