Problem with Google Play

After a few days of using the phone, GP stopped working.
I choose the application I want to install and confirm the installation. GP shows that he is preparing a download of the app ... even a few tens of minutes ...
If the GP closes and restarts, I see the application already installed and report it again in tens of minutes. However, the application will not be installed. Sometimes this behavior is so slow that out of 4 apps I download overnight and install only 1. The GP updates automatically behave the same way.

I searched for the internet and tried many, without success.

I'm going to back up all the data and make the factory settings, this time a lot of angry ...

I have the same issue. Google Play shows "downloading" forever and does nothing. Sometimes a restart fixes it but mostly not. Popular apps can be downloaded with UMI Store or whatsitsname, but thats not the point. Every phone needs a working Google Play app so UMI please do some updating. Thanks!

I tried Clear cache, memory data, restart, upgrade/downgrade GPstore - nothing.

I got the same issue a few days ago, info from my friends that I can try to update to latest gplay app from APKMirror but it doesn’t work.
I also try to install newer app from androidapksbox it works but just in a day. In the next day the issue come again. Now it works great after i do factory reset.

I have the same problem: Google play cant download apps, I Have s2 Lite and have tried everything. Next step is to reinstall to factory setting I´m but afraid that the problem remains and then all apps are lost.
What should i do?
