In this situation please use SPFT and flash complete ROM.

Also you can use "basic" ROM.
You can try uncheck user data in SPFT to save your data. But if phone still will be stuck on bootloader unfortunately you need flash complete ROM with all partitions.
my umidigi s is shutdown, and i cant turn it on....now my question is, can i root the phone with SPFT without turning the phone on??and without drivers?
