I have the same problem with this error, but it showed up immediately after first start of phone. I bought two phones and in both of them this error occurred after the first start of the phone. Looks like it is some kind of bug from development flashing Umi OS ROM into Umidigi S, in that case it is very sad that developers literally screwed this up and have not even bat an eyelid yet...

MediaTek processors (any of them) don't support hdmi output. You can send the screen content of your phone wirelessly (Settings --> Display --> Cast) to smart TVs.
