I'm sorry but updates get released frequently until a while but they are not scheduled.
You can charge the battery faster by using a 2A adapter.
Why do you need higher than 10cm sensor distance for the proximity sensor?

Edited by andyxzyk at 2017-9-6 23:19 \n\nI have this rom version on a brand new umi crystal 2GB (build: UMIDIGI_Crystal_V1.0_20170811) and the phone is having to be returned because a bug renders it completely useless. Everytime i connect to any wifi network on any router it immediately reboots and then hangs on the umidigi logo until i press power button for a long time. This happens every single time it connects. It see the network, connects and then says 'connecting to internet' and at that stage reboots. Tried all kind of settings toggle but nothing works, this is a problem in the firmware. It's going back, not very impressed. Have lots of phones but never had a brand new one with a bug that can render a smartphone not smart !EDIT: I found out what it is. The phone needs LAN IPV6 enabled. Once enabled (I usually have this disabled for simplicity) all was well. What is needed (like other manufacturer's do) is have an option under the wireless advanced settings to disabled IPV6. This can be done if you root but why should i have to do that just to get wifi working !

In the video the lady is keeping the phone farther from her ear, not touching it it. Why anyone would use a phone that way? The proximity sensor is located on the top of the phone, so the front face of the phone must touch your ear to make it work.
1A charging is very normal, nobody stated a higher one, the supplied charger is also a 1A unit. What's your problem with it?

the proximity sensor is in the upper back and often does not detect the ear.

I wanted to charge faster with the 5v2A charger, but the total charging time lasted 3hrs 10min.

I also need to calibrate the accelerometer and magnetic ( oriental) sensor.

Sensor defects in the test are present
