I will try the proximity sensor calibration.
I tried the charging adapter kn another device.

You can report any bugs here in the ROM section. Every bug that can be confirmed (and can be treated as system software bug) will be fixed or at least improved, depending on the nature of the specific bug.

Until now I have not detected bugs, but some un-stability problems, e.g. appear error messages from "System UI" process when installing apps  and using any app in the same time.
Also the "user experience" with the camera is poor (really the camera sensor is from Samsung?)

• Lot of noise in the scene in low light conditions
• Scene watching not fluent when you move the camera with good light conditions (see below)
  

Also I have tested the unit with some benchmark tools (e.g. Antutu) and it seems the rom needs some improvements in the graphics performance if we compare the results with other smartphones with same CPU ang GPU.   

• 2D rendering (OpenGL) / 2D games: slow motion when the scene is moving fast
• 3D rendering / 3D games: choppy and jumpy video with 1920x1080 resolution

Are you suggesting that rooting the phone would be difficult?

I got the 4GB version and could find an option to root under Developer options. Once selected it must be rebooted and that's it

I have a couple of "bugs" or "remarks" I would like to share with you about the Crystal 2GB:
>> The camera in dark or low light conditions has noise in the pictures.
>> When you watch youtube the youtube content has a sync problem with the sound (you can see it at best with vlogs).
>> Slow charging
>> Sometimes there are some hickups with android 7

When can we expect an updated firmware?

fingerprint sensor is not working please help.
After unboxing i am facing this problem ..
